WELCOME to Roo's Place Childcare Program!
Where we provide a fun, safe and educational environment.
Being a family-owned and operated New York State Licensed Daycare, we are able to offer you that personal touch you’ve been looking for in the Brooktondale/Ithaca area. With multiple Early Childhood Certified Teachers on staff our goal is to make all of our families happy while developing social skills and providing top level education through play and interactive exercises.
At Roo's Place we really care about the children in our care and the services we provide. We’d like to share our most important services. Children in our program range from ages 6 months to 5 years, we also have an after-school program for elementary age children.
We sit on almost 5 acres of land with a large playground, plenty of open yard area for outdoor game play and have great offerings such as a Commercial bouncehouse for motor skils development, Music Together of Ithaca Musical Arts Program, Kids Zumba (coming in May), Funshine Express Educational Programs and mutliple other great activities provided by the daycare.
Our curriculum changes weekly and is published for parents to see exactly what their children are doing. We also offer various Fieldtrips throughout the year that tie to our themed curriculum.
We also offer a additional transportation services for our older children that are enrolled in the Ellis Hollow Nursery School Program.
